What's Included in Our Fees

Professional service fees include the costs associated with arranging, planning and coordinating the funeral and may cover:

• Guidance and support from professionally trained staff available 24 hours a day, every day of the year
• Transfer of the deceased from the place of death into care
• Mortuary care provided by qualified embalming staff at an accredited mortuary facility
• Use of the chapel or office for arrangement meetings, viewings and services
• Coordination of arrangements with third party providers
• Provision of the necessary staff and one hearse on the day of the funeral
• Advice and support following the funeral
• Registration of death with the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages

Third Party Fees & Disbursements

Disbursements are payments made on your behalf to external providers in order to carry out the funeral in accordance with your instructions. These may include:

• Cemetery or crematorium fees
• Clergy or celebrant fees
